Member Testimonials

How about writing up your experiences and allowing me to publish them on this page for all to see?

Double Decker Stroller, Inc.

If it were not for the EIA my invention would not be where it is today nor would it have taken such little time to get to market. The EIA was my source for : documenting my idea, protecting my idea, test marketing plan, advertising advice, finding a patent attorney, finding a draftsman, hooking up with a manufacturer, getting trademarked, not to mention all the educated experiences you get from all the other members that go to our monthly meetings. The networking alone that you get from our club is priceless and the support and motivation you get from our club members is quite rewarding with everyone sharing on the growth of our products and ideas.

From Judy O'Halloran

As a first time inventor, I didn't have a clue as to where to go after the idea stage. So I came to an EIA meeting. While I appreciate the knowledge I gain from the monthly meeting, what strikes me most is the generosity of the membership. In the relatively short time that I have been a member of EIA, I have been overwhelmed with the individual support that members have given me. After my first meeting, Marshajene Schaaf agreed to meet with me and discuss my idea. She suggested I speak with Bill First, who generously met and talked with me on several occasions and even made my first prototype. Warren Waters helped me with patent research information and Tom Whiteside has given me ideas on refining "Poopsy Daisy" and even created a new piece for it. Cathy Solich has been a constant source of inspiration, help, and support. She has given selflessly of her time and experience. Then, on a professional level, Warner Shroeder and Don Davis prepared my patent application and drawings. I continue to be awe struck by the generosity of the members in helping others along this journey, and I continue to be personally grateful for all the help and encouragement I have received along the way.

Joining the EIA was the best thing I've ever done. My teether would still be just sitting in the drawer in my refrigerator without all the help, support and inspiration I've received from everyone at the EIA. Don Davis and Werner Schroeder prepared my drawings and patent application and did fantastic jobs. Gary Nelson has been there for me every step of the way and I could never thank him enough. Kathy Solich has been giving me all kinds of information and advice, that is priceless to me. Seeing the other members inventions is so inspiring and exciting. I just love being a member & now a board member. Thank you to all of you at EIA.
